In welcher Währung sind die Preise, die ich auf der Website sind?

Ich habe gerade eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Wann wird sie versendet?
Wir versuchen unser Bestes, um Bestellungen so schnell wie möglich zu versenden. Je nach Artikeln benötigen wir 1-7 Tage Produktionszeit für den Versand Ihrer Bestellung. Die durchschnittliche Versandzeit beträgt 15-25 Tage.
Die Sendungsverfolgungsnummern werden 3-5 Tage nach dem Versand Ihrer Bestellung aktualisiert. Wenn Sie nach 7 Geschäftszeiten keine Tracking-Nummer haben, senden Sie uns bitte eine E-Mail an info@jeitec.com.
Kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren?
Sie können Ihre Bestellung ohne Kosten stornieren! Sie müssen die Bestellung vor dem Versand stornieren. Ist Ihre Bestellung bereits zugesandt worden, können Sie aber die Bestellung retournieren und eine Rückerstattung bekommen (siehe unsere Widerrufsbelehrung unter https://jeitec.com/policies/refund-policy).
Ich habe eine falsche Adresse eingegeben. Was mache ich jetzt?
Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns noch vor dem Versand Ihrer Bestellung. Die Adresse wird natürlich kostenfrei aktualisiert. Eine einfache Mail an info@jeitec.com mit Ihrer Bestellnr senden oder kontaktieren Sie uns über unser Kontaktformular unter: https://jeitec.com/pages/contact-us-for-footer.
Wie lange dauert der Versand?
Die Standard-Versandzeit variiert, da wir je nach Standort weltweit von verschiedenen Versandzentren aus versenden. Die durchschnittliche Standard-Lieferzeit beträgt 15-25 Werktage.
Kann ich einen Artikel umtauschen?
Ja! prinzipiell können Sie den Artikel umtauschen. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dass wir allerdings Ihnen die Portokosten iHv. 3,99 EUR zzgl. MwSt. (4,75 EUR) für den Versand bzw. Premiumversand berechnen.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-25 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@jeitec.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@jeitec.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! in principle you can exchange the article. Please understand that we will, however, charge you the postage costs. 3.99 EUR plus VAT (4.75 EUR for shipping or premium shipping.)
